This policy explains what information Replace a Bill (replaceabill.org) collects when you visit, and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Contact form: if you send us a message, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and do not add you to any mailing list.
- Server logs: like most websites, our web host automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Comments: comments are currently turned off.
Cookies and Tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking. WordPress may set a small number of functional cookies, for example for site administrators who log in.
Purchases Through Gumroad
Our guides and workbooks are sold through Gumroad. When you buy, checkout happens on Gumroad and Gumroad’s own privacy policy applies to the payment and delivery details you give them. Pages that sell a product load a small script from gumroad.com so the checkout window can open.
Third-Party Content
Author avatar pictures are loaded from DiceBear (api.dicebear.com). Articles may link to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
How Long We Keep Information
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your question. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our host.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, using our contact page. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information – for example if we add analytics – we will update this page and the date above.
